Kent is a partner in the Cleveland office. He has more than 20 years of legal experience, more than 15 years of which have been focused in the field of workers' compensation. In addition to workers' compensation, Kent represents management in the areas of intentional torts, safety violations and employment discrimination cases. His practice includes representation before the Industrial Commission, the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, Courts of Common Pleas, Courts of Appeal and the Ohio Supreme Court.
Kent has been a speaker at numerous workers' compensation seminars on many subjects, including; Safety Violations, Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace, Fraud, Allowance Issues and Workers’ Compensation Subrogation.
Kent is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association and the Cleveland Bar Association.
Kent earned his Bachelors’ degree from the University of Cincinnati and is a 1984 graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
