Todd is a partner in the Cincinnati and Dayton offices whose law practice focuses on labor and employment law. Todd’s practice includes advising and representing employers on various labor and employee relations issues. Todd has first-chair trial, arbitration, administrative tribunal and appellate experience. In addition, Todd is engaged in counseling and assisting employers on a full array of employment law matters, including reductions in force; fraud investigation; ADA, FMLA, and FLSA compliance; policy development; and litigation avoidance. Outside of his primary practice, Todd has served as an adjunct professor, guest columnist, and speaker on employment law issues. Todd has also been the recipient of awards by Cincinnati and Dayton publications for his service to his community and his profession.
Todd earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Wright State University, in 1986 and is a 1991 summa cum laude graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law.
