Eric is an associate in the Cleveland office. For over 10 years, Eric has represented management in the areas of workers' compensation, and has served as counsel in the defense of asbestos related lawsuits under the Longshoreman's Act. His practice includes representation of employers before the Industrial Commission, the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, Courts of Common Pleas, Courts of Appeal and the Ohio Supreme Court. Eric earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont and is a 1994 graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
